Kadın bedenin cinsel birer nesne olarak yorumlanışı gündelik imgelerde, reklamlarda ve sanatta karşımıza çıkıyor. Bu durum, haklı olarak bu tür bir nesneleştirmeye karşı çıkan kadınlar tarafından kuvvetle eleştiriliyor. Ancak henüz cevaplanmayan bir soru var: Erkekler bu durumla ilgili ne hissediyor? Erkekler de cinsel birer nesne olarak görüldükleri, kullanıldıkları hissini taşıyor mu? Bu tür imgeler erkeklerin de kendilerini sadece birer et parçası gibi hissetmelerine sebep oluyor mu?





We often come across interpretations of the female body used as sexual objects in everyday images, in advertisements, and in art. This has been widely criticized by women, who rightly protest such objectification. However, the question remains: How do men feel about this? Do men also feel like they are being seen, or used as sexual objects? Do such images make men feel like mere pieces of meat?

Fransızca’daki “gravure” sözcüğünden dilimize geçen ve matbaacılıkta da kullanılan bir teknik olarak gravür, sanatsal anlamda kazıma resim sanatını ifade eder ve “oyma baskı” olarak da adlandırılır.

Linolyum; beziryağı, doğal reçine, mantar tozu, talaş, kalker ile sıvanmış, kendir dokumasından yapılan bir çeşit taban malzemesididr. Linol baskı tekniğinde, seçilen görsel materyal kesme bıçağı yardıçizeceklerimıyla linol üzerine oyulur ve ardından matbaa mürekkebi ve merdaneler aracılığı ile boyanır. Baskı işlemi sırasında oyulan yerler değil, yüksek kısımlar kağıda geçer. Bu anlamda, oyma işlemini kağıda geçmesini istediğimiz görselin negatifini esas alarak yapmak gerekir.

Linol baskı için gereken malzemeler her katılımcı için hazırlanmış olacaktır;

- Bir adet 10.5x15 cm boyutunda kesilmiş linolyum tabaka
- Linolyum kesme bıçağı (satın alma olasılğı)
- Üzerine baskı yapılacak kağıt
- Baskı işlemi sırasında kullanılacak tahta kaşık - Mürekkep

Katılımcılar atölyede seçecekleri hazır görselleri, örnekteki gibi oyma işlemine ve 10.5 x15 cm oranına uygun halde hazırladıkları görselleri ya da marker kalem ile doğrudan linolyum üzerine deseni çalışabilirler.

Atölyemizde, basılacak görselin seçimi ve hazırlanması ile ilgili kısa bilgilendirmenin ardından, gravür sanatçısı Ari Alpert eşliğinde baskıya dair tüm süreç ve uygulamaları deneyimleyecek olan katılımcılarımız, kendileri ya da özel günlerds sevdiklerine hediye etmek için küçük ve edisyonlu birer seri üretme şansı yakalayacaklar.

Rest in peace my dear old friend for over 30 years.
That period was the of the best times of my life. Creating art, music and life expierinces which I will never forget. We have had our ups and downs during our friendship over the years……with all of us dealing with our own demons, but no matter what, we shared some very special times whether it be in NYC/Staten Island/Brooklyn/Miami to the streets of Istanbul as a teenager…
I hope you are resting in peace…love..Ari

Stencils of istanbul – Handmade book by Kadir Çıtak

İstanbul’un sokak duvarlarında rastlanan stencil (şablon baskı) işlerinin kısmi bir arşivini tutar. 2003-2025 yılları arasında görülen ve fotograflanan çogul bir arşivin portre odaklı şablonlarını bir araya getirir. Stencil; sanatsal, politik, ya da ticari amaçlarla kamusal alanlarda sıklıkla kullanılan bir baskı ve çogaltma tekniğidir. Geçiciligi ve tekrar edilebilirligiyle, şehrin görsel hafızasına anonim bir iz bırakır. Bireysel ifade biçimlerinin ötesine geçerek, toplumsal belleği şekillendiren ve sokağın dinamiklerini hatırlatan bir gösterge haline gelir. This handmade book is an archive of stencil works found on the street walls of Istanbul. It brings together portrait-focused templates from a diverse archive seen and photographed between 2003 and 2025. Stencil; It is a printing and reproduction technique frequently used in public spaces for artistic, political, or commercial purposes. With its ephemerality and repeatability, it leaves an anonymous mark on the visual memory of the city. It goes beyond individual forms of expression and becomes an indicator that shapes social memory and reminds us of the dynamics of the street.

Accommodation and Acceptance (For Dogs)





Tufi's Pet House offers a nature-filled area with a large garden where your dogs can freely spend time. We do not use cages in our hotel, but we have special areas for dogs that do not get along. All our guests are under 24/7 supervision in the same environment where we live.





  • Our guest dog must have all vaccinations up to date and the chip or vaccination booklet must be current.
  • Your dog must be social with people and other dogs.
  • Dogs should not be in heat.
  • If there are chronic illnesses or medications, please share them with us. Dogs with life-threatening or contagious diseases are not accepted.




When Bringing Your Dog (For Dogs)





You must bring the vaccination booklet with you, and it must stay with us throughout the stay.





  • You must bring the vaccination booklet or the chip must be present.
  • A copy of your ID is required.
  • It is important to bring your dog's food during the stay.
  • Bringing your dog's favorite bed, blanket, or toy from home can help them feel more at home.

We have a special room for our cats. During the adjustment period, our cats will be constantly observed.
